North Pole UK Ltd regrets the cancellation of last year’s event.

A series of unforeseen setbacks led to us being in a position where we could no longer offer the high quality event we had hoped to.

We realise that our customers were disappointed but we felt it better to make a clear decision rather than put on a less than perfect event.
    

We sincerely apologise to our customers and traders. We also thank all those involved for working so hard to bring the North Pole to life.

We hope to return with the magic of the North Pole in the future.

All refunds have been made. PayPal will have refunded directly to the credit or debit card used to make payment, or into the PayPal account used to pay .
All cheque refunds should have been received.
