North Pole UK Ltd regrets to announce the cancellation of this year’s event.

A series of unforeseen setbacks has led to us being in a position where we can no longer offer the high quality event we had hoped to.

We realise that our customers will be disappointed but we felt it better to make a clear decision now rather than put on a less than perfect event.
    

We sincerely apologise to our customers and traders. We also thank all those involved for working so hard to bring the North Pole to life.

We hope to return with the magic of the North Pole in the future.

All refunds have been made. PayPal will have refunded directly to the credit or debit card used to make payment, or into the PayPal account used to pay .
All cheque refunds should have been received.
